Add one to your hosts file.
On a Mac (Or Linux), the file is located at /etc/hosts

On Windows the file is at C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

CPALead has now been deleted off the internet for you and you will not get redirected to another site because you are blocking it.

Very simple and easy way without installing addons from firefox or downloading a program as most cpalead blockers just do not work
