How to:

Unzip WebMadrid into a folder.
Unzip Webserver into the WebMadrid folder.

Start VMWare.
Get the the WebMadrid.vmx file from the folder WebMadrid. After you start the WebMadrid image VmWare will ask you for the Check Point Server.vmx file which is in the Webserver folder.
This will start the Windows 2003 Server which will be then your SmartCenter Server.
Follow the steps documented in the the student guide how to setup your SmartCenter Server.

Repeat these steps for WebOslo. You need the Webserver folder twice. One for Madrid, one for Oslo.

Splat can be installed as a new linux Virtual Machine. Create the Linux image in VMWare with at least 3 Network Cards.
Follow the steps documented in the the student guide how to setup your firewall.
