The Sculpt & Tone is about 45 minutes long and uses the cool toning sticks that are included. The toning sticks are not too heavy and when you shake them, they sound like maracas! They go extremely well with the Latin rhythms. They have a rubber like material around them that makes them comfortable and easy to grip. The Sculpt & Tone starts with a warm up and includes many of the steps learned in the Basics DVD along with some Hip Hop, Flemenco, Belly Dance, and African beats. The music is fantastic and if you haven?t been shakin? and shimmyin? yet, you certainly will be.

Using the toning sticks are the main focus with this DVD. Out of the nine songs, only one doesn?t use them (not counting the warm up and cool down songs). At the beginning of each song, you are told what part of the body you are targeting. You work on toning everything from the triceps, shoulders, abs, back, and the core just to name a few.
Beto and his team do an excellent job of leading you through the entire workout. The music is infectious and makes you just want to get up and move. Some of the music is Zumba Fitness favorites while other music is new and empowering.
