Installing Digital Juice Motion Designer Toolkit 1 + 2 + 3

SUNiSO's release of Digital Juice's Motion Design Toolkit volumes 2 + 3 does not come with a keygen which is required for installation / use with Juicer 3. :(

However, even without a KG, it's still possible to install MDT 2 + 3 (and DJ PhotoKnockouts collection) in Juicer 3! :D

To get it to work, you have to bypass the key by rewriting the database file for Juicer.

The 12Mb archive also contains the latest version of SQLite Professional.

NB: The instructions say it's necessary to have MDT1 installed first, but all works fine if you just skip step 5.
