FIVE TIBETAN RITES
Discover the FIVE SECRET RITUALS from a
Hidden Himalayan Monastery that Make You Look
30 Years Younger ? In Just 10 MINUTES a DAY!
Ancient health secrets unveiled inside this long-lost book from 1939...
"The Five Tibetans" are a once-secret, ancient rejuvenation technique that have long been practiced by monks to slow aging, increase energy, calm the mind and strengthen the body. 10 mins per day is all you need.
In the 1930's a retired British Army officer called Colonel Bradford discovered a remote Tibetan monastery, where the monks were rumored to have discovered no less that the legendary Fountain of Youth. These monks were remarkably old, yet appeared amazingly healthy and 'ageless'.
The monks claimed that the secret to reversing aging lay in the five special movements they performed daily. Bradford learnt these once-secret exercises from the monks and brought them back to the West where they became known as "The Five Tibetan Rites" or "The Five Tibetan Rites of Rejuvenation."

Osho Chakra Breathing Meditation
Kaoma, Osho Active Meditation (Series), Kamal
Audio CD (January 1, 1992)
Original Release Date: March 17, 1997
Number of Discs: 1
Label: New Earth Records
Tracks:
1. Chakra Breathing 45 minutes Listen
2. Silence 15 minutes
3. Bell
Chakra Breathing meditation can help you to become aware of and experience each of the seven chakras. This meditation is active and uses deep rapid breathing and body movement, accompanied by musical sounds to open and bring awareness and vitality to the chakras.
First stage: 45 minutes
Stand with your feet shoulder- width apart. Let your body be loose and relaxed. Close your eyes and with mouth open breathe deeply and rapidly into the first chakra. Imagine the inhalation travelling to the pelvic region of the body, where the first chakra is located. Exhale rapidly.
Breathe into the first chakra until you hear a bell, which indicates to start breathing into the second chakra. Each time you hear a bell, move this deep rapid breathing up to the next chakra. As you breathe up from chakra to chakra, your breathing should become more rapid and more gentle, so that you are taking about twice as many breaths in the seventh chakra as you were in the first. You can move, shake, tilt, stretch, or do any slight move-ment that will support the breathing but the feet should remain in one spot.
Allow your feet, knees, hips and other joints to become like springs so that once you set the breathing and body into motion, the movement will become continuous and effortless. Let your awareness remain primarily with the sensations of the chakras, rather than with the breathing or the body movement.
After the seventh chakra, you will hear three bells. Now let your breathing turn and slowly fall back through all seven chakras down to the first chakra. Let the energy flow down by itself to include the entire spectrum of chakra energy from top to bottom, like seven colors blending into one rainbow. You have about two minutes to reach back to the first chakra. It is up to you how long you breathe into each chakra.
After you finish this sequence, stand silently for a few moments before starting the next sequence. This upward and downward breathing sequence is repeated three times.
If you don?t feel the energy of your chakras at first, just breathe into the area where they are located. Remember not to push the breath, rather allow the breath and body movement to be like a bridge carrying you into the sensations and qualities of the energy of each chakra. Becoming sensitive to the different qualities of each chakra comes not through force, but through awareness and patience.
Second stage: 15 minutes
After the third breathing sequence, sit relaxed with closed eyes in silence. As you sit, don?t focus on anything in particular. Remain a witness to whatever is happening, without judgment.
OSHO WHIRLING MEDITATION
70 MB - mp3+avi - language English
This hour-long track is specifically designed to support the OSHO Whirling meditation. The music supports the energy and activity described in each stage of the meditation, and also signals the timing of each stage. A silent stage is part of most Osho Active Meditations, and when the meditation ends with silence, the end of the silence will be signaled with a bell or gong.
Sufi whirling is one of the most ancient techniques, one of the most forceful. It is so deep that even a single experience can make you totally different. Whirl with open eyes, just like small children go on twirling, as if your inner being has become a center and your whole body has become a wheel, moving, a potter?s wheel, moving. You are in the center, but the whole body is moving.
Osho Active Meditations combine all certain activities like shaking, dancing, jumping, humming and others to lead into silence and meditation. Music is used as a background for all these meditations. A final stage of 15 minutes of silence completes the meditations and a gong signals the end. A complete CD download includes also the silent stage. So one part of the download will have 0 MB and this is part of the experience.
First Stage: 45 minutes
Keep your eyes open and feel the center point of your body. Lift your arms to shoulder height, with the right hand palm up and the left hand low, palm down. Start turning around your own axis. Let your body be soft. Start slowly and after 15 minutes gradually go faster and faster. You become a whirlpool of energy ? the periphery a storm of movement but the witness at the center silent and still.
Second Stage: 15 minutes
Let your body fall to the ground when the music stops. (it may already have happened before.) Roll onto your stomach immediately so that your navel is in contact with the earth. Feel your body blending into the earth. Keep your eyes closed and remain passive and silent.
The Five Elements Breathing Program (DVD)
James Lu "The Five Elements Breathing Program (DVD)"
English | 2006 | 30 minutes | AVI | 694 MB
The Five Elements Breathing Method will allow your body to make the most of every breath you take.
Picture this: A man puts a plastic bag over his head and begins to suffocate. Within seconds, the lack of air will weaken his motor functions. At this instance he is losing energy, fast.
In contrast, if one could increase the air intake into the lungs, then perhaps it's fair to say one could dramatically increase his energy level.
Medical studies show that most humans only use one-sixth of our lungs, even professional athletes. Many doctors believe that if we could just use one-third of our lung capacity, we will no longer incur internal health problems. Using beyond one-third of our lungs is believed to actually REVERSE internal health complications.
One of the major benefits of Master Lu's breathing method is teaching you how to use more of your lungs. This method alone makes it possible for you to use your entire lung capacity, which could be six times your current active lung capacity. That's 600% of what you breathe now!
Imagine the benefits to your overall health and daily energy level. You will be physically and mentally ready for anything, anytime! Not to mention more strength, endurance, agility, and focus.
Best of all, it's so easy you can learn it at home!
Xing Yi Nei Gong: Xing Yi Health Maintenance And Internal Strength Development - Tim Cartmell
In this video, Tim Cartmell demonstrates the 16 health maintenance and power development exercises handed down by the famous xing yi master, Wang Ji Wu. This tape is designed to give the viewer a good 30 minute workout.

This is a rip of a DVD that was rather hard to find (maybe not so much anymore from today lol ), but accompanies the book "Xing Yi" Nei Gong" by Dan Miller and Tim Cartmell. These exercises are strongly emphasized in the book as the secret to developming 'internal strength', in addition to the 'san ti' or standing form (holding a certain posture).
This is the description of the Book
Xing Yi Health Maintenance and Internal Strength Development compiled and edited by Dan Miller and Tim Cartmell
" This book is a Classic in the internal martial arts world because it is simply the best concise source available on the principal practice of Xing Yi--standing meditation. This might seem strange for a book on moving Nei Gong exercises, but it isn't: moving exercises substantively benefit the practitioner only if they are done while maintaining the proper postural alignments, and those alignments are instilled into the body by way of standing. For that reason, the book includes the absolutely essential essays on San Ti Shi posture holding that are the hallmark of Xing Yi. A quote from the book nicely sums up the importance of standing and moving power training exercises: "If one practices martial forms without also training for power, in the end one will have achieved nothing."
Nei Gong--training of muscle groups, ligaments, and tendons not usually under conscious control--is the too often forgotten sister of the more familiar Chi Kung (the coordinated movement of the body with breath control in order to increase circulation to the distal points of the extremities). Nei Gong, Chi Kung, and Wai Kung (Wai Kung: the most obvious aspects of any martial art, like balance, flexibility, and coordination that allows proper gross body movement), are three aspects of martial ability and development that together form any complete martial training program.
Xing Yi Nei Gong includes (1) the Sixteen Nei Gong exercises handed down by the famous Xing Yi master Wang Ji Wu (1891-1991) described in detail and shown in clear, easy-to-follow photographs of Wang Ji Wu's disciple Zhang Bao Yang (1922- ) plus historic photographs of Wang performing the same set, (2) invaluable 25+ pages chapter on Xing Yi's foundational Standing Practice (San Ti Shi), (3) Xing Yi Written Transmissions on all aspects of practice, taken from hand-copied manuscripts handed down from 3rd and 4th generation practitioners Dai Long bang and Li Neng Ran, (4) Xing Yi Five Elements Long Spear power training exercises demonstrated by Zhang Bao Yang.

Muscle and Tendon Changing Classic The Yi Jin Jing Qigong is a popular qigong exercise set from China. "Yi Jin Jing Qigong" means "Muscle and Tendon Transforming Exercises" or "Muscle and Tendon Changing Classic."
In most cases, this qigong regimen consists of 12 movement sequences. There are some versions of the Yi Jin Jing with many more movements (24, 49, 108, 159). Some of the longer versions of the Yi Jin Jine include movements from the Eight Section Brocade Routine, the Five Animal Frolics Routine, the Louhan Routine, or the Bone Marrow and Brain Washing Routine.
Most people practice a 12 movement version of the Yi Jin Jing that was described in a book published by Pan Weiru in 1858 called "Essential Techniques for Guarding Life." Also, Wang Zuyuan published a book in the 1880's titled "Illustrated Exposition of Internal Techniques" that described the same qigong routine.

Some claim that the Yi Jin Jing was created by the famous Zen Patriarch Bodhidharma (Da Mo) around 520 CE, and refined over centuries by Shaolin monks, while others argue for an even more ancient Daoist lineage.
There are numerous instructional DVDs available now for the 12 movement verion of the Yi Jin Jing. I like the instructional book and DVD by the Chinese Health Qigong Association:
Yi Jin Jing: Chinese Health Qigong. Compiled by the Chinese Health Qigong Association. Beijing, China, Foreign Languages Press, 2007. 95 pages, charts, includes an instructional DVD. ISBN: 9787119047782. VSCL. "Qigong is an aspect of traditional Chinese medicine that involves coordinating breathing patterns with physical postures to maintain health and well-being. Yi Jin Jing/ Tendon-Muscle Strengthening Exercises is an accessible, fully-illustrated guide to a particular qigong exercise that focuses on turning and flexing the spine. Based on the twelve traditional routines of Yi Jin Jing, the exercises covered in the book feature soft, extended, even movements that invigorate the limbs and internal organs. In particular, practice of the Yi Jin Jing exercises improves flexibility, balance and muscular strength, and has a beneficial effect on the respiratory system. Each routine is described step-by-step and is illustrated with photographs and key points.

SHAOLIN COLLECTION
Shaolin Ba Duan Jin (8 pcs brocade) and Yi Jin Jing (muscle tendon changes-hardening)
Ba Duan Jin - 8 pieces of Brocade
The Baduanjin (simplified Chinese: ?????; traditional Chinese: ?????) is one of the most common forms of Chinese qigong used as exercise. Variously translated as Eight Pieces of Brocade, Eight Section Brocade, Eight Silken Movements and others, the name of the form generally refers to how the eight individual movements of the form characterize and impart a silken quality (like that of a piece of brocade) to the body and its energy. The Baduanjin is primarily designated as a form of medical qigong, meant to improve health. This is in contrast to religious or martial forms of qigong. However, this categorization does not preclude the form's use by martial artists as a supplementary exercise, and this practice is frequent.
This exercise is mentioned in several encyclopedias originating from the Song Dynasty. The Pivot of the Way (Dao Shi) (c. 1150) describes an archaic form of this qigong.[3] The Ten Compilations on Cultivating Perfection (Xiuzhen shi-shu) (c. 1300) features illustrations of all eight movements. The same work assigns the creation of this exercise to two of the Eight immortals, namely Zhongli Quan and Lu Tung-pin.
It is also mentioned in popular tales during the Song. Stories Heard by Yijian (Yijian Zhi) by Hong Mai (1123-1202) details a story about a practitioner who is shocked to learn that practicing this set "may lead to premature death."[3] This is conveyed to him by his helper, who is a "Daoist sage in disguise.
Yijinjing ? one of the oldest qigong
Yijinjing must be the one of the oldest and most famous qigong exercises today, Yijinjing literally means limbering-up exercise for the tendons. It is an ancient form of exercise in china, and is still used today by many people to keep fit and improve their physique. It is not only good for health building but also serves as a kind of therapeutic exercise for orthopedic traumatic patients during their convalescence.
According to historical records, yijinjing was originally created and popularized as a means of strengthening the muscles and tendons. It is just as its name implies. ?Yi? means limber up or strengthen. ?Jin? means tendons and sinews. ?Jing? means method.
The exercise is designed to turn flaccid and frail sinews and tendons into strong and sturdy ones.
Then movements of yijinjing are at once vigorous and gentle. Their performance calls for a unity of will and strength, i.e., using one?s will to direct the exertion of muscular strength. It is coordinated with breathing.
There are 10 forms in this set. The starting position of each form requires that the eyes look straight ahead, the teeth are gritted tight together, the mouth is slightly open or closed but not tight, and the tongue rests on the hard palate.
Do not exert force, do not throw out the chest or raise the shoulders, and do not bend. Breathe naturally, keep relaxed, direct attention to the navel, and swallow the saliva when necessary. Be sure that each of these points is carried out throughout the exercise. These requirements will not be repeated when each of these forms is dealt with in detail below.
The main feature of this exercise is that all the movements are executed with the palms. At the beginning, each movement can be repeated eight or nine times. After a period of training, the number may be gradually increased to 30 times or more according to one?s physical condition.

Shaolin Kung Fu: Shaolin Zui Quan, Shaolin Drunkard Boxing, VCD
Demonstrated by Xing Junjian
Language: Mandarin Chinese
In Zui Quan or the drunkard boxing, boxers falter, waddle, fall and sway just like drunkards. Zui Quan can be used for both fighting and maintaining health. However, the drunkard boxers go out of their way to stress the combative side of their style. They blend a series of movements, actions and skills of the martial arts and try to confuse their opponents with special skills which often lead them to surprise triumphs. Execution of the drunkard boxing demands extreme flexibility of the joints as well as suppleness, power and coordination all of which can be developed in the course of practice. The main feature of the drunkard boxing is to hide combative hits in drunkard-like, unsteady movements and actions so as to confuse the opponent. The secret of this style of boxing is maintaining a clear mind while giving a drunken appearance.
Drunken fist is perhaps the hardest of the Wushu styles because it needs extremely powerful joints and fingers, but is very effective combat-wise. It is learned usually as one of the last styles a student will study, as it is very difficult and requires the understanding of Wushu theory and philosophy.

624 MB - mpg - language English

DA MO YI JIN JING - (BODHIDHARMA)
488 MB - mpg - language Chinese
