Now just follow instructions from pictures, I really tried to cover all steps to avoid unnecessary questions.

Suggestion :
install DeepFreeze 6 on clear installation of Windows XP Service Pack 2 , and after every new portable program restart or at least restart explorer (ctrl alt delete - processes - kill explorer.exe - File - new task (run) type "explorer" without quotes.
Or find program explorestart.exe, all steps for restart explorer will be done automatic.
